Difference between Online Users and School Users:

Online Users:
Online users are the parents who are interested with our services and want to help their child in performing well in exams but their school has not yet got registered with us. So they can register for free with us and use the available features for free credits we have provided and if they find it useful they can buy actual credits for very reasonable price and help their child perform better. So online features are for parents whose child's school is yet to register with us and not for parents whose child's school has already registered with us. Parents whose child's school has already registered with us cannot see their child's reports for test taken in school using the online user login and they cannot use the login id and password they have registered with use using free registration to login into school user account.

School Users:
School users are the parents for whom school has provided login details. Only school users can view their child's test reports and other feature related to school. For a school user there is no need for creating account online, because they will get all the features which we provide for online users under the login account provided by school itself. So if you have been provided a login detail by your school please don't register with us in our site and if you did so please don't use that account in future because with your fresh online account, you will not be able to view the report sent by school. Follow the steps provided below to update your profile and start getting reports from school every week about your child's performance.

Instructions for School User Parents:

1. First go to www.eslhomeschool.org
2. In right side of the home page find a Login box in that select the 'School Users' option.
3. If you are a first time user follow from step 4 or else jump to step 12.
4. Use your child's Admission number and Password provided by the school and login.
5. Since you are logging in for first time the application will ask you to update your profile with your latest email id and mobile number. Your child's reports will be sent to the updated mail id only.
6. You will find a default Parent password in the Update profile page, you can very well change the password to whatever you wish or else you can use the same password. But kindly note down the email id used and the password at the time of updating the profile.
7. The email ids provided (any one father or mother) should be used as login ids for parent profile for further use to view reports from school.
8. Once you click 'Update' button, your latest details will get updated and you will be directed to the home page.
9. If you have more than one child studying in the school for whom school has given login id and password, follow the same procedure to update your profile details for every child.
10. You have the option of using different email ids for every child's profile so that you can see the report of a specific child using the respective email id during login. Or else you can use same email id for all your kids so that all your kids reports can be viewed using a single login account.
11. Once you updated your profile next step is to login into account and view reports.
12. In login box select your school name.
13. Next use your updated email id as login id and updated password as login password.
14. Once you logged in you can find the available features in left menu.
15. To see your child's report please click 'Smile Report' option in the menu and it will show all the tests taken by your child in school.
16. Select the test and view the extensive reports of that test.
